Reunion!

A couple of years ago, one of my college roommates, Dee, mentioned that her husband gets together with his college roommates once a year, and wondered if the four of us would like to do the same. We all thought it was a great idea, and we had our first meeting in February 2006. We have managed to meet annually for the past three years despite two babies, a wedding, a move, and family tragedies. We always have a great time, and it is something I look forward to each year. It amazes me that four women with such diverse lives have remained friends over the course of 18 years! We first met as freshman living on the engineering floor in Warren Towers at Boston University, and almost immediately became friends. All four of us managed to graduate with engineering degrees, which was a feat in itself! After graduation, we split apart and moved to different parts of the country, but have managed to run into each other numerous times over the years (mostly on purpose :-)). The visit this year was here in California. We went to Six Flags on Friday, and had a blast. Waiting in lines didn't even seem long when you have so much to talk about! On Saturday, we went to Hollywood to see the sights. We even ate Pinkberry twice. :-)
