Ten...I mean Thirteen on Thursday

Well, since I am so far behind, what better way to catch up than a thirteen on Thursday! 1. Matty absolutely loves to help me cook. As soon as I go near the stove, he runs over with his chair and says, "Mommy cook?"

2. Carefully opening presents--trust me, his brother had one too--there would have been screaming otherwise. ;-)

3. A little bit of Christmas morning chaos--opening Santa presents.

4. My Mom (and her boyfriend--not pictured) visited during Christmas week. We went for a hike in Rancho Palos Verdes one day right before sunset. The next few pictures are from the cove we hiked down to.

7. Just before the wave washed over us and I got wet up to my knees. It was fun anyway.

8. I am really going to miss the sun setting over the water when we move East. :-(

10. Just before the boys tore apart the gingerbread house that had been sitting on the counter for a month--I'm still wondering how they managed to eat stale cardboard-tasting gingerbread cookie!

11. The newest exhibit at the LA Natural History Museum. Did you know that military families get in for free?

12. Riding a turtle is fun!

13. The very sweet kitten we found on Catalina Blvd just before Thanksgiving. We'd love to keep him (he is a lot of fun and very sweet!), but I am very allergic to him. Well, I guess that's all for now. It's been a very busy couple of months, and I've had a lot on my mind. I've been tossing around the idea of blogging thoughts, not just pictures, but we all know how well I keep up with blogging. Not. :-)
